Fear and Anxiety in Uncertain Times

Updated: Dec 22, 2020

In this pandemic many are feeling anxiety, stress, worry and fear. Fear of the unknown, concerns about economic uncertainty, job losses, trying to stay healthy, worrying about loved ones and grief. I have felt the heaviness of the collective anxiety and fear. I have also felt the power and strength of those who feel connected to something greater than themselves.

I try to look at fear through the lens of Abraham Hicks – that says fear is when we are not in the receptive mode, not lined up with Source/the Divine (The Divine within you). Abraham Hicks goes on to say that when you feel fear, you’re not thinking a valid thought to Source within you. And that matters because you are not lined up with Source, with unconditional love.

We are all in this together. We are all interconnected. Because of this interconnectedness, we do feel and can influence what another feels. Lining up with the power of the Divine that lives inside of you, will anchor you in love. And because we are all connected, it will also anchor those you love. ♥

Stay safe. Much love and blessings to you all.
